Within the village you are spoilt for choice with the number of cafes, restaurants, and takeaways on offer, many of them with outdoor seating for soaking up the views and the sunshine.
From Polzeath you can take a stroll up to Pentire Point and The Rumps to view the spectacular coastline. The coast path runs right around to Lundy Bay which is a slightly smaller, secluded cove, perfect for a quick dip.
Just on the outskirts of Polzeath you will find The Point which features an 18-hole golf course, an indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and two dining areas. The Bear Bar sun terrace has sweeping views over Polzeath and is a great place to enjoy a pint of Sharp’s famous Doom Bar ale.
