Shore Stays have been responsible for renting our house for three years. Emily, Sara and Debbie are a fantastic team to have onside, they make all aspect of managing the house hassle free. Their attention to detail is second to none, they have a proactive approach to the maintenance and deal with issues as they arise keeping the house in an excellent condition. We have rented the house to delightful people, who have returned each year due to the care they are given. Shore Stays allows me to enjoy the house when we are there without any stress. We had a wonderful family holiday at Rest Harrow, Trevone in July 2024. The house is beautifully designed with a wonderful open plan kitchen, dining and living area with huge glass doors opening out into the sunny garden. A short walk to the beach made this manageable even with very small children. The annexe allowed the oldies to have some peace and quiet which made for a very happy week - and the weather was perfect!
3 nights in Tregirls, Highcliff, Polzeath.
Absolutely outstanding, from booking, communication, but above all, the house itself. The photos really don't do it justice (and the photos are spectacular!). We went with family, 4 adults and 4 kids (and our dog), and there was more than enough space. The interior looked brand new, really comfy and clean. We didn't even discover the games room (complete with dart board, pool table and table tennis) until our 2nd day. Unmatched views across the sea and Polzeath beach. Huge gardens made us feel as though we were the only people for miles around. I simply can't stress how fantastic this house is. We will definitely be back, and will check out Shore Stays other properties - this was the most amazing rental we've ever booked. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome (speaking of which, the welcome pack with eggs, clotted cream, scones, jam, prosecco, milk, shortbread and cakes was also heads and shoulders above anything else we've experienced!).

Great little flat, great location especially if you like a drink at Bin Two which is underneath the flat. The interior furnishings were lovely and the kitchen well equipped. Most accommodation in the middle of Padstow can be noisy with people and seagulls so probably not for those that want peace and quiet. Great views of the harbour.
We used Shore Stays for the first time this year and we had a fantastic experience. The house we stayed in Rock was amazing and was great to see recent renovations making it even better! Service was great from Shore Stays with food and drinks left for arrival and they were very attentive and rapid to respond to queries during our holiday. Would definitely recommend them!
We had a delightful stay at Strand House overlooking Padstow Harbour and didn’t want to leave. We have been several times before, and continue to go back. From start to finish, before booking, being in the property, and even after leaving, the service and communication we received from the Shorestay team was excellent! Very impressive, thank you! We had a fantastic holiday and can’t wait to return.

The facilities were excellent including a hot tub and bar in its own room in the the garden. This was a real blessing as the weather was pretty awful during our stay but the kids, loved it.
All Bedrooms were all of excellent size and most with beautiful en-suites. Great view of the beach from the master suite
Games room was well equipped with large flat tv's and lovely furnishings throughout. Really good Egg BBQ and seating outside.
Big kitchen and diner with enough designer crockery, etc for many diners with all the appliances one needed.
Next door, a really good beach shop selling, fresh pasties and the best ice cream.
All 9 of us had a great time. Look forward to a returning.

Porthcothan Beach House! This is a real beauty! The location will blow you away. Right on the beach and yet very private. The house has everything that a family could want and it is top notch equipment. The house is spacious and although there was 10 of us at the property we didn’t feel cramped. The kids loved the games room and the view from the master suite will knock tour socks off! Great hosts and We will definitely be going back one day.
What an incredible stay at Beach Cottage. The location of the house is absolutely perfect. The view from the balcony was beautiful and having the gate at the end of the garden to open out onto the beach was such a great touch.

All the little touches were lovely- from the welcome basket to all the quirky furnishings. A huge asset to the house was the excellently equipped kitchen- they had thought of everything. The games room went down a storm with the smaller visitors- lots of pool competitions were enjoyed. We look forward to returning next year for another incredible stay.

Bottlenose Cottage is an exceptionally luxurious holiday cottage that far surpassed our already high and fussy expectations. The cottage is simply outstanding and finished to a very high standard throughout which is evident as soon as you walk through the door. Beautiful decor throughout with 5 star hotel quality beds and bathrooms stocked full of gorgeous travel size luxury bath products and immaculately clean. An added bonus was a parking space at the rear of the cottage but given that Port Isaac is only accessible via two tiny narrow lanes, a small / medium sized car is required! The cottage is located less than a minutes walk from the harbour and restaurants and we cannot recommend this property highly enough. A truly fantastic base to discover beautiful North Cornwall. We had a wonderful first stay in Beach Cottage. Being able to walk out of your back door onto the sand dunes and immediately be on the gorgeous beach is really very special. The cottage is beautiful, managing to combine luxury and practicality perfectly. From the decor to the small touches throughout the house, it's clear that a lot of thought and care goes into making sure guests feel welcomed and relaxed. We can't wait to return!
What can I say About Beach Cottage, Absolutely Superb Location, Everything you need for an amazing Family getaway. Kids Love it, Grandparents love it, Dogs loved it!!! The cottage is spread out over several large living areas which gives everyone space, the decor is clean and airy. We have visited the Cottage twice now in 2 years and will be back for a 3rd visit in the Autumn. The Green Family
