Penrich is nestled in a front garden of grasses that weave and rustle in the sea breeze. The garden was designed by Ben Rigby a Garden Designer from Truro to give the impression of continuing the beach path straight from the dunes to the front door. Penrich is ideally situated in close proximity to Constantine Bay, an ideal destination for beach lovers.

The house has been recently renovated, with pops of colour inspired by a lifeboat station's colour palette. Bespoke touches throughout lend warmth and character to the space, especially the underfloor heating throughout to help keep you warm after a dip in the sea or a long coastal stomp!

This fabulous property has been designed and finished to such a high standard to ensure you are equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay.

Three double bedrooms, all complete with their own bathrooms are located on the ground floor and have been tastefully decorated with natural materials and rich fabrics that each offer their own unique charm. You’re guaranteed to enjoy a cloud like night’s sleep.

The master bedroom will feel like your own ultimate luxury sanctuary. Offering ample storage space (including a walk-in wardrobe area perfect for choosing your outfit of the day) and a large ensuite with a freestanding bathtub that makes for a relaxing soak.

Also located on the ground floor is a utility area, complete with washing machine and tumble drier for your convenience during your stay.

Upstairs, you’ll be greeted by a cosy, yet spacious interior, designed with your relaxation in mind. The open plan living area is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect space for gathering and creating lasting memories.
